Outborn Agent Platform · Step-by-step guide

Spaces and access

Organize work in a Space and check who can use its agents, resources, and built-in apps.

Before you begin

  • Select the correct Outborn Account organization.
  • Know who should be able to use this Space.

Follow the workflow

  1. 01

    Open or create a Space

Choose a Space for the team or project, then confirm its organization and visibility.

  2. 02

    Review people and roles

Check organization membership in Outborn Account and the product permissions that apply inside the Space.

  3. 03

    Check effective capabilities

Review which built-in apps and connected tools are enabled for the Space. A visible menu item is not proof of authorization.

Expected result

The intended members can reach the Space and the capabilities they need; other resources remain outside their access.

If it does not work

Ask an organization owner to check membership, then have a product administrator inspect Space and resource permissions.

Applied guidance

Best practices for spaces and access

Recommended

  • Create Spaces around durable teams or projects with a named owner.
  • Review membership and effective resource grants before sharing an agent.

Avoid

  • Do not use navigation visibility as an access check.

01

Choose a Space

Open the organization and select the Space for the team or project. A Space keeps agent conversations and product resources in one working context.

02

Check access

Confirm membership and roles in Outborn Account, then review product permissions for the Space. Outborn Account owns canonical organization identity and membership; the Agent Platform enforces its own resource permissions.

03

Enable the needed capabilities

Organization and Space settings can control built-in apps and connected tools. An enabled navigation item alone does not grant access; backend policy remains authoritative.
