AI governance is becoming an operational control-plane problem

AI governance is moving closer to day-to-day product operations. Governance across the lifecycle requires identifying risks, documenting decisions, measuring system behavior and managing controls over time.

A platform should know which model and provider a flow uses, who owns it, what data it can access, which tools it can invoke, where it is deployed and what evaluations or approvals are required before promotion.
