Enterprise AI is moving from assistance to execution — the operating model has to change with it

Enterprise AI adoption is entering a different phase: from assistance toward execution, with AI connected to company context, tools and repeatable workflows.

An executing agent needs a defined objective, access boundaries, dependable tools, evaluation criteria, escalation paths and a record of what it changed. Reliability becomes an operational property rather than a model-quality score.
